Water Manning

Water's father was Luther Allen Manning and his mother was Rosa Franklin. His paternal grandfather was George Washington Manning and his paternal grandmother is Susan Elizabeth Davis. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Charlie, George Allen, Lester, Lonnie, Roy, Birdie and Alma Lisa.
