Thomas Franklin Kirkland 
Thomas Franklin was born on April 23rd, 1855 in Cabool, Missouri.1 Thomas Franklin's father was Samuel Thomas Kirkland and his mother was Martha Caroline Elliott. His paternal grandparents were Jonas 'James' G. Kirkland and Minerva Ann Harris. He had a brother named Lafayette Jonas. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 103 on July 16th, 1958.1 General Notes
