William Lonie "Duck" Hicks

William Lonie "Duck" was born on March 2nd, 1906.¹   William Lonie "Duck"'s father is James Malcolm Hicks and his mother was Fanny Eliza LouDella Sweat.  His maternal grandparents were Randall Terrell Sweat and America L. Bassham. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Joseph Novie, David Nolie, James Onie, Ronald Virgil, Ora, Ethel, Arizona "Zonie", Dora "Dodo", Ada and America Leona "Peggy".  He was the third youngest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 93 in 1999.¹
