Rebecca E. was born on November 5th, 1917.1 Rebecca E.'s father was Sanford Amos Harvey and her mother was Rebecca A. Richmond. Her paternal grandparents were John W. Harvey and Catherine A. H. Gunnoe\Ball. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Robert L., Stanford A., Kenneth L., Mildred, Ruby, Juanita H. and Frances E.. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 53 on December 10th, 1970.1 General Notes
