John Bein Grigsby 
John Bein was born in 1871 in Alabama.1 John Bein's father was John Pitt Grigsby and his mother was Octavia Clay Redus. His paternal grandparents were James Grigsby and Margaret Martindale. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Jamnes Pitt, Thomas Redus, Eddie, Harry Clay, Ophelia, Marie L. and Elizabeth Gay. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 33 on November 12th, 1904.1 General Notes
