Laura G. was born on January 1st, 1894 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.1 Laura G.'s father is Jesse Matthews Gaddie and her mother was Susan E. Skaggs. Her maternal grandparents are William H. Skaggs and Chloe Adeline Gaddie. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Jacob, Henry Palistine, Robert, Benjamin, George Washington, Samuel Edward, Jesse D., Rosa A., Sarah M. and Martha Jane. She was the youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 60 on March 30th, 1954 in Clark Co., Indiana.1 General Notes
