Arta Francis

Arta's father was Samuel Francis and her mother was Heney Fugate. Her maternal grandparents were Henley Fugate and Tabitha Ritchie. She had a brother and five sisters, named George Elliott, Delilah, Hannah, Rozetta, Arminda and Louisa. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Grover, Crusoe, Martha, Sally and Malinda.
