Louisa Francis 
Louisa was born on November 1st, 1894.1 Louisa's father was Samuel Francis and her mother was Heney Fugate. Her maternal grandparents were Henley Fugate and Tabitha Ritchie. She had a brother and five sisters, named George Elliott, Delilah, Hannah, Rozetta, Arminda and Arta. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Grover, Crusoe, Martha, Sally and Malinda. She died at 3 months old in February 1895.1 General Notes
