Flossie Elkins

Flossie was born in 1909 in Kentucky.¹ Flossie's father is Tom Elkins and her mother was Rosella DeSpain. Her maternal grandparents were Joseph Thomas DeSpain and Sarah Frances Warren. She has three brothers named Nelson, Ulla and Harry. She is the youngest of the four children.
