Johann Friedrich Eggemann 
Johann Friedrich was born on March 2nd, 1815 in Broxten, Germany.1 Johann Friedrich's father was Johann Friedrich Eggemann and his mother was Margrethe Elisabeth Buse. His paternal grandparents were Johann Heinrich Eggemann [Bruning] and Marie Elisabeth Eggemann; his maternal grandparents were Johann Heinrich Buse and Marie Elisabeth Bruning. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Gerhard Wilhelm, Johann Heinrich, Philipp Wilhelm, Anne Marie, Marie Elisabeth and Anne Catherine Henriette. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 58 on February 8th, 1874 in Brownstown Township, Jackson County, Ind..1 General Notes
