Winnie Eddie Dowling

Winnie Eddie was born in 1926.¹ Winnie Eddie's father was James Madison Dowling and her mother is Eugenia Bertha Thomas. Her paternal grandparents were John Madison Dowling and Martha Ella McFarland. She has a brother and a sister, named Thomas Madison and Annie Louise. She is the second oldest of the three children.
