William Dixion 
William was born in 1775.1 William's father is Edmund Dixion and his mother was Catherine Warren. His maternal grandfather was Goodloe Warren and his maternal grandmother is Elizabeth Stuart. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Warren, Henry Edmund, Edmund, Levi, Elizabeth, Mary, Anne Powell, Frances Jane, Jeremiah W. and Martha. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 76 in 1851 in Person Co., North Carolina.1 General Notes
