Velma May Davis

Velma May was born in 1914.¹ Velma May's father was David Lillard Davis and her mother is Minnie Mae Gilley. Her paternal grandparents were David Columbus Davis and Martha Hepziah Brush. She had a brother and two sisters, named Ernest Edward, Nettie Loreaine and Dorotha Lucille. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 39 in 1953.¹
