William James Davidson 
William James was born on January 29th, 1871 in Lauderdale Co., Alabama.1 William James' father was Wilkes Monroe Davidson and his mother is Lenora Ann Douglass. His paternal grandparents were Obediah S. Davidson and Eleanor Carpenter. He had two brothers and a sister, named Obadiah Douglas, John Lee and Eleanor. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 73 on January 19th, 1945 in Bogalusa, Louisiana.1 General Notes
