Ella Counts 
Ella was born on December 19th, 1879 in Tallapoosa Co., Alabama.1 Ella's father was Larkin Chilton Counts and her mother was Alcey Jane Ray. Her paternal grandparents were George Counts and Nancy Matthews. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Robert Lee (Bob), Alice, Luck Richard, Francis R. (Fannie), Annie Lee and Haston E.. She was the youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 87 on June 17th, 1967 in Tallapoosa Co., Alabama.1 General Notes
