Mary Buford 
Mary was born in 1753 in Culpeper Co., Virginia.1 Mary's father was John Buford and her mother is Judith Early Phillippe. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas,Jr. Buford and Elizabeth Johnson. She had six brothers and three sisters, named John Thomas, James, William, Abraham, Henry, Simeon, Anne, Elizabeth and Frances. She is the third youngest of the ten children.General Notes
