Anne Buford 
Anne was born in 1738 in Spotsylvania Co., Virginia.1 Anne's father was John Buford and her mother is Judith Early Phillippe. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas,Jr. Buford and Elizabeth Johnson. She had six brothers and three sisters, named John Thomas, James, William, Abraham, Henry, Simeon, Elizabeth, Mary and Frances. She was the second oldest of the ten children.
