Orth F. was born on April 10th, 1876 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 Orth F.'s father was Stephen Bloyd and his mother was Mariah Ann Warren. His maternal grandparents were Hezekiah Warren and Mary Polly Skaggs. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John Milton, Sebeir, Unkown, Mary Rebecca, Nancy Susan, Ethel Lillie and Josie Edna.
