Bird Blevins 
Bird was born on August 17th, 1891 in Lafayette Co., Missouri.1 Bird's father was James J. Blevins and his mother was Mary Jane Maher. His maternal grandparents were Patrick Maher and Mahala Basham. He had three brothers and five sisters, named James, Johnny W., Frank, Amanda, Caroline, Kate (Katherine), Bet and Becky. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 68 on September 28th, 1959 in Higginsville, Lafayette Co., Missouri.1 -
