Nancy Ann Beard 
Nancy Ann was born on December 7th, 1865 in Jackson Township, Decatur Co., Indiana.1 Nancy Ann's father was Evan L. Beard and her mother was Mary Williams. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Beard and Elizabeth Snider. She had six brothers and six sisters, named William Wellington, Edward Francis, John L., Samuel Lemington, Ollis, Omer, Luella Adora, Elizabeth Ellen, Ida Belle, Stella, Katie and Esta Lee. She was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 57 on July 28th, 1923 in Seattle, Washington.1 General Notes
