Frank Hallock was born on March 8th, 1868 in Audubon Co., IA.1 Frank Hallock's father was Joel Hardin Basham and his mother was Sarah Melissa Hallock. His paternal grandparents were Francis (Frank) Basham and Thursia HARDIN; his maternal grandparents are Isaac Hallock and Abigail Smith. He had three brothers named Lester W., Gertie H. and Robert Burns. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 89 on June 19th, 1957.1 General Notes
