Frank Basham 
Frank was born on June 20th, 1930 in Edmonson Co., Kentucky.1 Frank's father was Milford Hughie Basham and his mother was Lucy Frances Hogan. His paternal grandparents were Mark A. Basham and Laura M Mustain. He had two brothers and a sister, named Nelson, Living and Living. He died at the age of 66 on April 10th, 1997 in Louisville, Kentucy.1 General Notes
