Earl Eugene was born on August 18th, 1908 in Pearl City Iowa.1 Earl Eugene's father was John Torance Basham and his mother was Myrtle May Bradley. His paternal grandparents were Charles Wallace (Rev) Basham and Elinor Louise Smith. He had two brothers and a sister, named Beulah, Living and Hazel.
