Claude Beasley was born on May 21st, 1921 in Woodbury, Cannon Co., Tennessee.1 Claude Beasley's father was Hiram Lawton Basham and his mother was Myra Rogers. His paternal grandparents were Adam D. Basham and Rachel Ann Scott. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Ray, Living, Living, Sylvia Lee and Living. He died at the age of 65 on May 8th, 1987 in Farmington, Oakland Co., Michigan.
