Benjamin Basham 
Benjamin was born about 1820 in Virginia.1 Benjamin's father was David Basham and his mother was Polly H. McCoy. His paternal grandparents were Nathan Basham and Mildridge Dickerson. He had a brother named Nathan Claiborne. He was the older of the two children. He had a half-brother named Joel. He died after 1870.1 General Notes

James Edward Basham
James Edward was born on December 25th, 1860 in Grain Valley, Jackson Co., Missouri.1 He died at the age of 47 on April 20th, 1908 in Warrensburg, Johnson Co., Missouri. He was buried in Sunset Cemetery.1 1
