Amanda Jane Basham 
Amanda Jane was born about 1843 in Kentucky.1 Amanda Jane's father was George Dowell Basham and her mother was Susan M. Campbell. Her paternal grandparents were Bartlett Basham and Rachel Mayberry; her maternal grandparents were John Campbell and Eleanor Denton. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Joseph Allen, Thomas M., George William, Winston Lowry, Crawford Milton, Barbra, Eliza E, Jerusalem Anne, Manerva and Susan. She was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. She died after 1870.1 General Notes
