Penelope Allen 
Penelope was born on March 29th, 1891 in Wallis, Austin, TX, USA.1 Penelope's father was Samuel Norton Allen and her mother was Edna Sidney Tomlinson. Her paternal grandparents were James William Allen and Penelope Johnston. She had four brothers and two sisters, named James William, Robert Newton, Herman Lloyd, Jessie Sam, Ida Delia and Bessie Enda. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 86 on December 19th, 1977 in Abilene, Taylor, TX.1 General Notes
