Isabelle Rogers was born on September 12th, 1865 in Vermilion Co., Illinois.1 Isabelle Rogers' father is William Harrison Allen and her mother was Barbara Snider. Her maternal grandparents were Asa Barton Snider and Ann Uley. She had two brothers and three sisters, named James Asa, William Edward, Maria Jane, Mary Elizabeth and Susan Eva. She was the youngest of the six children. She had a half-brother named Guy C.. She died at the age of 68 on October 31st, 1933.1 General Notes
