Annie Laurie was born on July 30th, 1915 in Wallis, Austin Co., Texas (Eight Miles Point).1 Annie Laurie's father was Miles Newton Allen and her mother was Katherine Eudora Glasscock. Her paternal grandparents were Miles Johnson Allen and Nora Weaver. She had a brother and a sister, named Miles Johnston and Katherine. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 68 on September 4th, 1983 in Wallis, Austin Co., Texas.1 General Notes
