Adaline Allen 
Adaline was born on November 12th, 1876 in Angelina Co., Texas.1 Adaline's father was George Washington Allen and her mother was Matilda Crawford. Her paternal grandparents were John Calhoun Allen and Mary Ann Holcombe. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Obediah Thomas, Samuel Edward, Anna Belle Jane, Dulcenie, Mina Ella, Amanda Louella and Alva. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 46 on May 14th, 1923 in Healdton, Carter Co., Oklahoma.1 General Notes
