Margaret was born in 1221 in St. Maime near Forcalquit.1 Margaret's father was Raymond Berengar "V" De Alfonsez and her mother was Beatrice de Savoy. She had a sister named Beatrice. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 74 on December 21st, 1295 in Paris, Seine, France. She was buried in St. Denis Abbey, Seine, France.1 1 General Notes
