Arthur was born in 1899.1 Arthur's father was WILLIAM Watson and his mother was SUSANNAH Pugh. His paternal grandparents are WILLIAM WATSON and REBECCA HUDSON; his maternal grandparents are JOHN PUGH and MARY ANN GRIFFITHS.
