Richard Vance

Richard was born in December 1879.¹ Richard's father was Elijah Vance and his mother is Isabel Cline. His maternal grandfather was Michael Cline and his maternal grandmother is Agnes Bailey. He had seven brothers and a sister, named John, James, Michael, Elijah, William, Leander, Johnson and Lanty. He is the fourth youngest of the nine children.
