Mary Peters 
Mary was born about 1758 in Rockingham Co., Virginia.1 Mary's father was JACOB PETERS and her mother is ELIZABETH. She had four brothers and a sister, named Abraham, John Jacob, Christian, Jacob and ELIZABETH Margaret. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died after 1800.1 
‌Mary and John were married in a religious ceremony about 1787 in Rockingham Co., Virginia.1 They had four sons and two daughters, named John, Thomas, Reuben, James C., Catherine and Nancy.
