Radford was born on December 12th, 1883 in Cub Creek, Wyoming Co., West Virginia.1 Radford's father is Wilson H. Morgan and his mother is Rebecca Rena Browning. His paternal grandparents were David Morgan and Nancy Lusk. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Van Buren, Lunsford Lewis, Burgridge, Dorothy Hazeltine and Josephine. He is the third oldest of the six children.-
