Otis Locke Miller

Otis Locke was born on February 20th, 1870.¹ Otis Locke's father was Martin H. Miller and his mother was Mary Ellen Louisa Wilson. His maternal grandparents are Asaph Wilson and Nancy Offutt Locke. He had a brother and two sisters, named Carlton Wilson, Nancy Lee and Julia Vincel. He was the second oldest of the four children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Henry Albert, Henry F., Susan Offutt, Eliza Isabell and Frances A.. He died at the age of 78 on January 2nd, 1949 in Oakland, California.¹
