William Troy Meadows 
William Troy was born on May 11th, 1803 in North Carolina.1 William Troy's father was Thomas Meadows and his mother was Elizabeth Todd. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Meadows and Keziah Moberly. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Thomas Moberly, Pleasant Winkler, Harrison W., Mary, Elizabeth, Sarah, Nancy W., Jemima, Jane S. and Dorcas. He died in Whitley Co., Kentucky.1 -
