Dorcas was born in Knox Co., Kentucky.1 Dorcas' father was Thomas Meadows and her mother was Elizabeth Todd. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Meadows and Keziah Moberly. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Thomas Moberly, William Troy, Pleasant Winkler, Harrison W., Mary, Elizabeth, Sarah, Nancy W., Jemima and Jane S.. She died on July 22nd, 1888 in Washington Co., Indianna.1 -
