Jean Lemoine

Jean was born on February 24th, 1799.¹ Jean's father was Joseph Lemoine and her mother was Hortance Soileau. Her paternal grandparents were Jean Baptiste Lemoine and Catherine Simon; her maternal grandparents were Noel Soileau and Angelique Fontenot. She had two brothers and a sister, named Joseph, Augustin and Severine. She was the youngest of the four children.¹
