Victoria was born in 1857 in Logan Co., Virginia.1 Victoria's father is Harvey S. Dingess and her mother is Patsy Adams. Her paternal grandparents were John Dingess and Chloe Farley. She has a brother and three sisters, named Albert, Minerva, Betsy and Viola. She is the youngest of the five children.-
