Samuel Dillion 
Samuel was born about 1822 in Virginia.1 Samuel's father was Christopher Dillion and his mother was Rhoda Bailey. His maternal grandparents were Micajah Bailey and Naomi Shufflebarger. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Robert, Micajah, Joseph, Harvey, George, Juliet, Edna, Rebecca, Nancy and Elizabeth. He is the third oldest of the eleven children.-
