William M. Bailey 
William M. was born on February 14th, 1833 in Tazewell Co., Virginia.1 William M.'s father was Micajah Bailey and his mother is Mahala Blankenship. His paternal grandparents were Micajah Bailey and Naomi Shufflebarger. He had a brother and a sister, named Henderson French and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 44 on October 29th, 1877 in Mercer Co., West Virginia.1 -
