Ingabo was born about 1831 in Logan Co., Virginia.1 Ingabo's father was James Bailey and her mother was Delilah Gore. Her paternal grandparents were James Bailey and Margaret Stinson. She had eight brothers and five sisters, named Henderson, Perry A., John, Joseph P., Alexander, Miles H., Theodore Fielding, James, Rena, Martha, Margaret, Catherine and Amanda E.. She is the fifth oldest of the fourteen children.-
