Harvey Bailey 
Harvey was born about 1820 in Virginia.1 Harvey's father was Archibald Bailey and his mother was Agnes Nancy Godfrey. His paternal grandparents were RICHARD Patton Bailey and ELIZABETH Anne Belcher. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Isaac, Thomas, David, Gordon, Rufus, Dicey, Ealie and Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the nine children.1 -
