Maud Fitzrobert was born about 1117 in Gloucestershire, England.  Maud Fitzrobert's father was Robert The King's Son Caen and her mother was Maud Fitzhamon.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry I Beauclerc England and Edith Fitzforne; her maternal grandfather was Robert Fitzhamon and her maternal grandmother is Sybil De Montgomery. She had three brothers and a sister, named William Mafonache, Robert Castellan Of, Philip Fitzrobert Lord De and Christian Of.  She was the second oldest of the five children.  She died on July 29th, 1189 in Chester, Cheshire, England.
