Thomas was born about 1637 in <Of, Westmoreland, Virginia>. Thomas' father was Thomas Youell Ewell and his mother was Anne LEE. His paternal grandparents were Thomas YOWELL and Ann STURMAN; his maternal grandparents were Richard Henry LEE and Anna Constable OWEN.
