Samuel Washington 
Samuel was born on November 16th, 1734 in Pope's Creek, Wakefield, Westmoreland County, Virginia.1 Samuel's father was Lawrence Augustine Washington and his mother was Mary Ball. His paternal grandparents were Lawrence Washington and Mildred Warner; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Ball and Mary CONWAY. He had three brothers and two sisters, named George Eskridge, John Augustine, Charles, Elizabeth "Betty" and Mildred. He was the third oldest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Butler, Lawrence, Augustine, UNKNOWN and Jane. He died at the age of 46 on September 9th, 1781 in Harewood, Berkeley County, Virginia.1 General Notes
