Amphyllis was born about February 2nd, 1601 in Spratton, Northamptonshire, England.1 Amphyllis' father was John Twigden and her mother was Anne Dickens. Her maternal grandparents are William Dickens and Anne Thornton. She was an only child. She died about January 19th, 1654 in Tring, Hertfordshire, England.1 General Notes
