Nathaniel Thaxton 
Nathaniel was born in 1793. Nathaniel's father was James William Thaxton and his mother was Lucy Guill. His paternal grandparents were James X Thaxton and Elizabeth Clarke; his maternal grandfather was Alexander Sr. Guill and his maternal grandmother is Hannah Rice. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Alexander H., John H., James C., Charles, William, Yelverton, Thomas, Jenney, Martha, Elizabeth and Lucy. He was the third oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 41 in 1834 in , Wilson, TN.-
