Parley Franklin Taylor 
Parley Franklin was born on April 17th, 1909 in Blackfoot, Bingham, Idaho. Parley Franklin's father was Jedediah Taylor and his mother was Clarissa Catherine Woolsey. His paternal grandparents were Allen Taylor and Sarah Lovisa Allred. He had twelve brothers and five sisters, named Independence, Allen Jedediah, George Albert, Thomas Riley, James Edgar, William Robert, Joseph Henry, Isaac Moroni, Darrell, David Lorenzo, Loran Clifford, John Alma, Julia Lovisa, Sarah Melissa, Mary Louisa, Margaret Jannette and Lillian May. He was the youngest of the eighteen children. He died at the age of 58 on February 22nd, 1968.General Notes
